Enjoy a hand-crafted Chinese oolong tea in our meditative tea ceremony, followed by a three-course liquid dinner prepared by Danielle Copperman. We will begin the dinner with a short breathing activity to connect the body and mind and to regulate the digestive system - focusing on the importance a balanced mind plays in overall wellbeing. The evening will end with a calming herbal tea complemented by Maza Chocolate.
