Quality - We spend hours every week researching and sourcing the best teas from around the world. We sample new teas almost every day in order to bring delicious, fragrant and beautiful teas to our members.
Quantity - We send enough tea for 3 small pots or 6-8 cups each month. This allows members to sample quickly and discover what they like without accumulating excess tea over the months.
Curation - In our London HQ, we review all our member surveys and source teas accordingly. As much as possible, the monthly selections are customized for each member to cater to existing tastes but also to introduce new and interesting teas.
Customer Service - Our tiny team strives to be responsive and awesome. We are frequently traveling the world in search of great tea, so give us some time to get back to you!
We are a small group of friends looking to share our love of tea with others. It's just us sourcing and sampling, writing to members, answering queries, creating and packing and shipping your deliveries each month! So give us some time to make things perfect, and send us your feedback to help us improve.
Are shipping fees and VAT included in the price?
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we ship only to the UK, US, Canada and Europe, but sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Facebook for updates. We're also happy to arrange a special delivery outside of these countries.
What types of tea can I expect to receive?
You tell us what you want and we'll source accordingly. Each month, we'll pick three teas that match, complement and expand your flavour profile. These could be black, green, white, oolong, puerh, herbal, blended, fruity, and more.
Can I receive all herbal teas?
We focus on tea, which is made from the Camellia sinensis plant, and oftentimes we include herbal infusions as a caffeine-free alternative. However, our focus remains on tea and not herbal infusions.
When will I receive my tea? Do I need to be home for the delivery?
We use Royal Mail to deliver our teas at the start of each month; and our packages are small enough to fit through your post box! No more waiting around at home for a delivery.
UK members should receive their teas by the 6th of each month. Members in North America and Europe will receive their teas by the 14th of each month (unless deliveries are held in customs, which is uncommon.)
We haven't had the best of luck with packages to Italy however, but do let us know if something goes missing and we'll figure out a solution.
What happens if my shipment gets lost?
Send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send a replacement!

What's the cancellation policy?
Membership is completely flexible - just let us know before the 20th of the month by emailing email@example.com, or by managing your subscription via the link in your welcome email.
Is there a membership fee or contract?
Membership is £10/month for UK members and £12/month for US and European members; no contracts, cancel anytime. Shipping costs included.
